Our Final Winter Market

It is time so say "so long" to our tasty winter greens as we have cut and washed them for our last winter market Saturday, April 1,  in Fort Atkinson.  Sweetened by the cold weather, we have harvested all of our remaining spinach and salad greens and will be bringing them to the market along with our 2016 storage veggies; potatoes, beets, onions, rutabaga and more.  We also have some nice heads of cabbage and of course, our soy-free, organic eggs! 

As soon as they were harvested, the ground in the high tunnel was prepared and planted with the next crops of salad and cooking greens that will be added to our early spring shares that will be delivered next month!  

The winter market is at the Fort Atkinson Community Center ~ 211 South Water St. E., Fort Atkinson, from 9:00 am -noon.
